A well know building to Limericks O’Connell , the former AIB Bank Building

Our job here was to turn this landmark building into a fun co-corking space. Its run down internal structure was gutted from ground to second floor.

Keeping the character of the building alive, elements of its history were incorporated into the design – Exposed brick walls, original fire place’s and old stud slats  were exposed and brought back to life

The aim of the design was to link the old and the new together to create something unique.
